We aim to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any comment, complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working for the practice, please let us know.
To make a complaint you can either, complete a complaints form, write a letter or speak to Gail White, our Practice Manager, who will make sure that your concerns are dealt with promptly. As a last resort, if you are not happy with the response from this practice, you can refer your complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman who investigates complaints about the NHS in England.
